Weld Stories is an independent, women-owned-and-run business that is
driven to create useful, informative and inspiring content, not just content
for the sake of … more content.
Shannon and Jessica have worked together at magazines, websites and at
Medium Rare Content Agency. They have a combined 40-plus years in
journalism and content creation and teamed up with a shared belief that
high-quality content has a key role to play in delivering positive outcomes
for communities and supporting change for good.
Shannon has overseen the growth of video and audio (podcast) for some of Australia’s biggest brands, including Qantas, Bunnings, Coles, Officeworks, David Jones and Microsoft. She has also contributed articles and videos to SBS,
The Guardian, Marie Claire, InStyle, Mamamia, Grazia and news.com.au.
Jessica has led editorial teams across print and digital for brands (Qantas, Visit Canberra) as well as women’s magazines (InStyle, Madison, WHO). She has driven major events and special projects across these mastheads, from concept ideation to production and content output.
