Shannon started Weld Stories in 2021. Prior to this, Shannon was Multimedia Director at Medium Rare Content Agency, where she oversaw video and audio for some of Australia's biggest brands, including Qantas, Bunnings, Coles, Officeworks and Microsoft. As a journalist, Shannon has also produced content for SBS, The Guardian, Marie Claire, InStyle, Mamamia, Grazia and news.com.au. -

Jessica joined Weld in its first year, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading editorial teams across print and digital for some of Australia's largest consumer publications, (including InStyle and Madison magazines) and brand publications. At Medium Rare Content Agency, Jessica was Content Director of Qantas magazine and Editor of QantasLink Spirit magazine and VisitCanberra's annual Visitor Guide. -
